&lt;a href="http://www.discogs.com/artist/Kei+Kawano" rel="nofollow"&gt;Discogs&lt;/a&gt; basically says he's not been involved in anything since, with singles collections not counting and &lt;em&gt;Fly Me to the Moon&lt;/em&gt; being positively ancient.  He probably retired, having made crazy royalties out of his previous collaborations.

As she began taking on more roles involved in production, arrangement, instrumentals through synthesizers, etc., there probably wasn't any room for Kei and they just parted ways.  I'd (like to) think that it was more of an organic process than a falling out.</description>
