After having consulted Google on “culture capital c”, I quote from a profile in the Yale School of Management:

I have always had a broad interest in culture with a capital “C.” Culture, to me, encompasses the arts, media, intercultural interactions, national and international communications; or, in other words, all those aspects of society which define a people, a history.

Because literature is Culture and anime is entertainment, and the two must never meet?

I hold that standard to myself. I don’t want to force anyone to have that standard. :)
